Koncepcja Recruitment Agency was established in 2003, on the basis of an existing Educational Services Office, Au-pair Koncepcja. Au pair Koncepcja operated from 1994. We have certificates of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs entitling us to act as an employment agency in Poland and abroad, as well as provide vocational and personal advisory services.

All our candidates are interviewed with their references, police report and medical report. We offer ongoing support to all our clients and candidates during and after the recruiting process.
